Guide to Ordering  When placing an order, check the following items according to the intended use. 

1. Specification

2. Size

3. Packaging Mass

Specify the packaging mass in consideration of unloading capacity and working conditions.

Cut Sheets: Normally, 2 tons or more are standard

Coils: Normally, available from 5 tons - 20 tons

Specify the maximum weight (and the minium weight, if necessary)

4. Coil ID/OD

For coils, the inside diameters of 508mm (20 inches) or 610mm (24 inches) are standard. Specify the maximum outside diameter acceptable, if necessary.

6. Reversal Use

Normally, appearance quality is guaranteed for the top side of cut-sheets, and for the outside surface of coils. If the guaranteed side is to be the reverse side of the end product, or if both sides become the face sides of the end products, so specify before hand.

7. Edge Finishing

Specify “slit edge” depending on the conditions of use. Slit edges are recommended especially when the delivered product is used as rolled without further processing, thus requiring edge finishing, or when strict width tolerances are required.

8. Applications
